Even our stuff sometimes breaks

Despite the care that we devote to our products, things sometimes break. Most situations can easily be resolved. We hope for a little understanding and support from your side. If a bolt has come loose or been lost, it is usually sufficient to send a new one.

This is generally free of charge.

If something more serious occurs, a visit has to be planned. These visits are however expensive and when we can suffice by sending a component, this is preferred. Ultimately, our product must be produced by us all and the reduction of costs is an important item. To make an analysis of what is needed in your case, we ask you to fill in the following form...
